In cooperation with BLAUW Architecten - Designing these houses started with picturing the new residents. Who comes to live in Nesselande, chooses a rural environment, relatively close to the city, with plenty of space and a lot of water. The proximity to the water was a quality we wanted to developed as much as possible. Another reason people want to move here is the peace and quiet.

In these houses with thatched roofs, you experience water both inside and outside the home. The individual roofs give the houses their character. The houses are set up in blocks of three, separated by a body of water.

Flexible
These houses offer flexibility for individual wishes. The floor plan is generous and can be used according to your needs: and extra bed room or a double bath room, a garage or storage space. The homes feel spacious through high ceilings and the tapering roof. Reeds and water between the terraces provided freedom outside.
