These dwellings have been designed and built in 1995 on a practically empty site. Since then time has done its work, it is now an attractive birch grove in which can be lived. This grove is car-free, shared and open to the public. The plan consists of twelve cubes with 30 social rental dwellings and 21 owner-occupied dwellings that are seemingly loosely placed in between the trees. However, the placement of the cubes is very exactly specified so that all houses have a good amount of sunshine and long sight lines. Everyday Utopia.
